Kokopelli is a villa outside of Cuernavaca that was built as the house of our dreams. Now that we live outside of Mexico, we rent it to share with families who want to enjoy some wonderful days in an amazing house.
From the beginning it was designed to be shared: each room with enough independence so that parents, children and guests could enjoy their own space at the same time without being far away.
We share it with many of our friends and with the whole family, and now that we no longer live here ... we want to share it with you: trustworthy people.
We doubt very much if we wanted to leave it for weekend rentals, but we are convinced that it would be selfish on our part not to share with beautiful and conscientious people this wonderful place that we love so much.
So, it is open for you. Thank you for helping us take care of it and enjoy it with ecological awareness.
Kokopelli is a house to have a good time: we have a pool, pool table, a great kitchen, a delicious terrace, soccer field, volleyball court, cool and pleasant spaces to have a good time with your family.
Kokopelli has a total land area of 5800 square meters. Inside the land is the house of Carmelo and Lupita, who will be watching you throughout your stay.
Kokopelli is in the rural area of Xochitepec, but is minutes from this important town and 15 minutes from Cuernavaca. It is a quiet, sunny and pleasant place. Far from the madding crowd, but close and easy to reach.
Public transportation in the area is limited. To enjoy Kokopelli, it is ideal to have a car.
