Located a few steps from the center of Gressoney Saint-Jean in the pristine mountain setting of the Valle del Lys and a short distance from the slopes of the famous Monterosa Ski circuit.

Bright and spacious 3 bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 8 guests located on the first floor. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large living room with kitchen and island. The heart of the apartment is the large living room which has a kitchen equipped with induction burners, hood, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. Immediately next to the kitchen there is a large dining table and the living area with 2 sofas (one of which converts into a comfortable double bed) and TV, ideal for spending evenings watching a movie in company. To the right of the entrance, there is a walk-in closet and immediately afterwards there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom on the right has a twin sofa bed, a large four-door wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with window and double sinks. The shower stall and toilet are separated by a door. The last bedroom on the left has a two-door wardrobe and a double bed. There is another large bathroom with shower and window.
