Le Residenze Del Lago | Apartment in Toscolano Maderno, Italy
The apartment comes with high quality finishes, wooden beams, modern and high quality furniture which guarantee comfort and relax to guests during their holiday.
The entrance opens onto a large living room equipped with a sofa, a dining table with chairs, a flat-screen TV, and fully equipped kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and toaster. The living room leads, through French doors, a covered patio provided with a nice dining table with chairs for open-air meals with view over the lake and the private garden, where guests can sunbathe lying on deck chairs.
From the living area through a wooden staircase guests can reach a mezzanine coming with a queen size bed and two dressers.
On the lower floor, the apartment continues with the bedroom furnished with a bunk bed and a spacious wardrobe, together with a full bathroom with shower and a washing machine.
*The residence complex offers a nice pool with sunbeds, available from the 15th of May until the 30th of September! Swimming cap is required.
Guests can easily park their car in the private garage within the residential complex.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request with a small extra cost.

Toscolano and Maderno, both the homeland of fishermen and famous for its paper mills, offer two welcoming gulfs ideal for lovers of sailing, fishing and all water sports, without forgetting walks in the hills and mountains.
Maderno praises a large and well-served beach that organizes parties and events, on the lakefront in the large green area of the former Equestrian Field, such as regattas and trophies with music and dances of all kinds. Toscolano is famous for its large campsites close to the beach and the famous Thursday morning market, where guests can participate in tastings of typical local products such as Garda DOP olive oil and its wines. Not to be missed in Toscolano, the Museum of Paper, which is located in the beautiful “Valle delle Cartiere”, therefore an opportunity to make a cultural visit also a naturalistic excursion.
The closest airport is Verona, reachable with a 70-minute drive.
