Pretty independent villa, surrounded by the greenery of a Natural Park. Excellent starting point for visiting the CINQUE TERRE. It has a living room with open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, all newly furnished. A cot for small children is available. At the front, a large porch equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs for pleasant outdoor dining. All around, a 400sqm garden, well kept and fresh. The house is located in a very quiet area, but convenient for all services: the sea is only 400m away, along a beautiful walk shaded by lime trees; at 50 meters we find the first shops, at 200 meters the railway station, at 7km the highway.
There is a nice playground under the trees, nearby.
Deiva is an ideal little town for family holidays and for restful and relaxing stays.
In just 15 minutes by train you can reach the Cinque Terre; little more to get to Portofino, Sestri Levante, the Aquarium of Genoa.
By car, we are 120 km from Pisa, 80 from Versilia (Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio), 100 from Lucca, 160 from Florence.
At just two motorway exits, the brand new Brugnato Outlet, with all the most prestigious Made in Italy brands.
Deiva is also the ideal starting point for interesting trekking excursions.
Parking: we will provide a free pass for parking right in front of the house.
