The guests can use the inner courtyard to park their bicycles or to make themselves comfortable in the sitting area with a shared open terrace and a barbecue.

Lake Constance is about 300 m away (5 minutes on foot), while the nearest bathing area, the Konstanzer Rheinstrandbad, is 800 m away (11 minutes on foot).
In addition to the many sights close to the city centre, the Bodensee Therme is one of the most popular places in Constance (3.8 km; 10 minutes by car), where you can spend a relaxing day in the numerous swimming pools and saunas.
Constance main railway station is only 1.2 km away (5 minutes by car or 11 minutes on foot). Therefore, if you arrive by train, you will certainly like this accommodation. The bus stop Schottenplatz is about 100m away.
