On the 1st floor (access to the gîte by an independent staircase): - large living room/lounge with open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine) - bathroom with wc, - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm) On the 2nd floor (steep staircase, half steps): - 1 bedroom (1 single bed 90x190cm) - 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190cm) Complete baby equipment (cot, high chair, stair gate, bath, changing mat) Outside: private courtyard with wooden terrace, electric plancha (no barbecue, garden furniture and parasol. Deposit: 350€ Paid parking in the village, possibility to book via the pay by phone application to manage your parking remotely or directly by the parking meters on site Bright cottage with private courtyard ideally located in the heart of the city of Etretat. A few meters from the sea, at the foot of all the shops, you can fully enjoy your stay and discover the riches of the Côte d'Albâtre. Located on the first floor of the owner's shop "Côté Galets", the cottage has an independent entrance and is available on two floors combining contemporary decoration and the charm of the old. Animals welcome (no cats or other animals): 1 dog maximum per stay (15€): very small dog (example: yorkshire, pug). Rental charges not included in your rental: - house kit (sheets, towels and tea towels), - cleaning (compulsory), - the tourist tax, - fixed price 15 euros for small dog accepted. Television, Electric heating, Baby cot, Internet connection, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Terrace, Garden, Animals accepted, Microwave, Flat screen TV, Freezer, Garden furniture. Option to be paid on site: Package stay per animal: €15. Sheets for a single bed: €11. Sheets for a double bed: €20. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
