Located in the farm of a hamlet, enjoy its enclosed garden of 150 m² facing south, near the forest of Samoussy and close to Laon, the Chemin des Dame, Reims, and only 1h30 from Paris.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people, with a large living room, an open dining room with bar on equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms including a suite, 2 bathrooms including one with bathtub and the second with shower.
Outdoor parking in the courtyard. Sheets and towels included.

- Large and bright living room with windows overlooking the courtyard and French doors to the terrace and garden
- Kitchen open to the dining room, fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster... Direct access to the garden.
- Dining room on the courtyard side, open on the kitchen with Mondrian's paintings colors.
- Separate toilets
On the first floor :
- Bedroom 1: Relaxation room "English club" style with pull-out bed, desk, games and books.
- Bedroom 2: accessible from bedroom 1, illuminated by two windows on the courtyard, in the style of a 50's cinema. Italian bed 180 x 200 cm that can be separated into two beds 90 x 200 cm.
- Master suite: in pastel tones, this suite is decorated like a 1950s sewing room. Italian bed 180 x 200 cm which can be separated into two beds 90 x 200 cm. Private bathroom with sink and shower.
