You'll enjoy your stay in this modern studio at the great location.
Studio is located on the ground floor of the house, located just 50m from the beautiful beach with the crystal clear sea.
Position of the house is ideal for having a quiet family or couple vacation, but still being very close to the center of the town.
It has an 65" LED TV with Netflix and HBO accounts and a comfortable double bed.
Kitchen is equipped with dishes, stove, kettle, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer so you can prepare a tasty meal.
We also have an outside fireplace, shared with our other apartment guests.
Bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine and hair dryer.
We also provide you an iron and ironing board.
All equipment in the studio - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more are included free of charge.

You are allowed to smoke outside on patio.
Certain pets are allowed, please ask in advance.
We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.
For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

Korcula Town is the main town on the island, with a population of about 3000 inhabitants. The main feature/sight of the whole town is Korcula Old Town โ a medieval walled town with its towers, numerous buildings and monuments, cafรฉs, restaurants, hotels, galleries, open-air cinema and more.
Korcula is very popular for visitors as a central location from which they explore the rest of the island and its surroundings.
There is a local legend that Marco Polo was born in Korcula. The historic town of Korฤula is on UNESCOโs- tentative list.

Everything in town Korcula is within walking distance from the studio.
It's just 3 minutes walking to the center of town Korcula.

You will have exclusive access to the studio.
We will also show you a free public parking spot just 2 minutes walking from the house.
There are no shared areas in or around the house.
