We are specifically zoned for high capacity short term nightly Tourist accomodation and a myriad of other commerical uses. Important, as the majority of Whistler residences without proper land use zoning are not legally allowed to have short term rental, which places guests in a very vulnerable position, without assurances come stay dates if their plans and payments are disrupted without recourse.
We are compatible with mature, luxury oriented, discerning travellers and vacationers who prefer luxury accommodations, and the perfect location to enhance and optimize their Whistler experience! From family groups, friends getaways, corporate groups.
We are ideally suited for family/friends groups, corporate team building/leadership/exec groups, fitness, yoga retreat groups, outdoor adventure, golf, skiing, eco-tour groups ... you name it !
