The family-friendly accommodation is located in the warm and clear holiday resort Bella Austria amidst greenery in beautiful Styria in Austria. Do your kids like animation, swimming and animals? Here you will find the perfect mix of everything! A great animation team entertains you and your children all day long. The partially heated pool invites you to swim and play and a playground offers a lot of fun, while the adults relax in the wellness area with various saunas. On the small farm you will find a petting zoo with various animal species and the next riding facility is only a few minutes' walk from the complex. WiFi, coin operated washing machines and dryers are available on the system. The mobile home Happy Standard / 2772) offers space for max. 6 people (including one child up to 12 years / 60kg). The property consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds and a loft bed. The sofa bed in the living room offers another place to sleep. There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows. The well-equipped kitchen is in the living area and has a 4-burner gas stove, sink, cutlery, dishes, Italian espresso pot, pots and a fridge with freezer. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. The covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two loungers invites you to relax in comfort while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. A small charcoal or gas grill or an electric grill plate is available. Towels, travel cots and high chairs (for a fee) are also available (reserve at least one week before arrival). Bed linen and air conditioning are also available for a fee. A parking space is included. On request, half or full board can also be booked on site. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, since we have several objects of the same house type. The minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the day of arrival, check-in is also possible the following day (please notify us prior to arrival). The same applies if you want to leave earlier. Departure is also possible here the day before. However, the rental period / rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. FAMILY FRIENDLY The holiday village offers entertainment for young and old and entertains you all day. Daily workshops, group activities and sports tournaments make your vacation unique and enable your children to make new friends. There is a nice playground for your children on the complex and also allows you some free time for yourself. If your children like animals, you will find a small farm in the complex with different animal species. If you want to ride a horse, you can rent horses and go horse riding just a few minutes' walk from the complex. Holidays should not only bring sport and fun, but also relaxation. This is ensured by the small wellness area with various saunas and the massage benches in the heated pool. LEISURE AND SPORT Thanks to the great location in nature, you can take wonderful walks and short hikes. Those who prefer to stay on a sports field can let off steam on the basketball, football or handball field. Bicycle rental is available on site. So you can go on beautiful bike tours with your family. For horse lovers, horses are ready to ride. The resort has a supermarket where you can find fresh food as well as a selection of everyday items. A large supermarket can be found just a few minutes from the complex. CATERING The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with cutlery, dishes, pots and a fridge. Shops are also nearby. There is also a restaurant in the complex where you can enjoy delicious regional specialties. If you want to take the meal with you, you are welcome to do so. You can of course also from the half or Use full board. You are welcome to book these on site (advance booking is not necessary). PETS A pet of max. 15 kg is welcome with registration when booking. The tenant is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros if a dog is brought. If everything is in order on departure, the tenant will get back 100 euros of the deposit and 20 euros will be retained for extra cleaning. SPECIAL The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are available. The accommodations are checked and thus the cleanliness is ensured. Any complaints will be charged at EUR 40.
