Entertainment is abundant with Blu-ray systems in both the lounge and the rumpus/second living area, an extensive Blu-ray and DVD library, several streaming services, Foxtel, and a PlayStation 3. There's also a well-stocked library with cookbooks and board games for your enjoyment.
For those who can work remotely, the home offers NBN internet and a dedicated work-from-home area in the lounge room.
The enormous deck boasts views of Skenes Creek beach, a glass balcony, and outdoor seating for ten. The north-facing part of the deck is a sunny haven where you can watch the waves and be joined by local birds, including fairy wrens, willie wagtails, and occasionally a magnificent king parrot.
