A short hour and a half drive north of Winnipeg brings you to this luxurious 1570 square foot 3 bedroom with 2 full baths which sleeps up to 7. All new beds, sofa and recliners. Satellite tv as well as countless movies, games and kids toys for those rainy days if they show up. Massive windows overlook the lake, while 3 patio doors access the full length deck filled with patio furniture, loungers and a wood pellet/smoker bbq. Separate large 2 level deck down at shoreline houses more patio furniture, loungers, and dock. Firepit in back yard. There are 2 sand beaches in the area as well as 2 boat launches. Grindstone Park also has a small convenience store for your basic necessities, including liquor. A fantastic location for fishing, water sports and some well deserved R and R. The entire cottage development is linked with hiking trails. Rental includes canoe, water toys, pedal bikes, firewood and all linens and towels. Drilled well for water supply but you may want to bring bottled water in case you don’t care for the taste. Minimum rental period of 7 days in June, July and August, Friday to Friday.
