Stop dreaming and come and enjoy this condo on Marco Island’s breathtaking beach. It is located in the gated community of South Seas and this is where living is easy and Summer-time is year round. Our updated 2 bedroom and 2 full bath condo is located directly on the beach with Southwest exposure providing you plenty of afternoon sun from your private balcony. Sunsets, beach and boat traffic can be viewed from our 17th floor location. Both bedrooms have king size beds and living room has a pullout couch bed for the occasional extra guest. Dining area seats 6, and living room furnishings are great for settling in to read that favorite novel. Each of the bedrooms have a TV and the Living has a flat screened TV. Wifi is included allowing you to stay connected. The South-side of the building provides you with plenty of sunshine and warmth for some well deserved relaxation. The community heated swimming pool is spacious with plenty of chaise lounge chairs to relax poolside. Other amenities include BBQ grill area, tennis courts, Marina, Exercise room and all are located within this gated community. Plenty of beach activities await you. A brief walk to Tigertail Beach, at the Beach Cafe and you can make arrangements for jet skiing, para-sailing, Stand-Up Paddleboards, Kayaks, Electric Seaquirts, Water Trikes, Electric Boats, Paddleboats, Beach Cabanas, Beach Chairs, Water Sports, Stand-Up Paddleboarding, Kayaking, Windsurfing, Skim Boarding, Surfing, Kite Boarding. Your stroll on the beach might include finding a sand dollar, horseshoe crab, see the dolphin playing, and loads of shelling. If your sport is golf there are championship public golf courses within 10 miles. A variety of beach shops, fine and casual dining, racquet ball courts, day spas and fitness centers are located on Marco Island. Frank Mackle Park located only a few miles away has basketball courts, playground and toddler water park area. Other parks include YMCA Skate Park and Caxambas Park. Local areas Nature Centers include Everglades National Park, Briggs Nature Center, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Rookery Bay Reserve and Cocohatchee Nature Center. The Naples Zoo is located in the Center of Naples, just a short drive.
